Career on the Course

Ralph Bauer began his love of golf in a small town called Turkey Point, he was fortunate to get a golf scholarship in the US where he was able to win 4 collegiate events and play with several future hall of famers. After a brief stint as a Professional, Ralph turned his attention to Coaching and wanted to be the type of coach his generation didn’t have many of. 

Ralph thrives helping players of all calibers enjoy their game more and shoot lower scores. 

Career Highlights

Has Coached at all four Majors, The Presidents Cup, Olympics and every Tour event. He has worked with dozens of PGA Tour Winners including: Cam Davis, Adam Hadwin, Tom Hoge, Gary Woodland, Jhonny Vegas, Kyle Stanley, Lucas Glover, Mac Hughes, Nick Taylor, Corey Conners, Kevin Chappell, Stephen Ames, Andrew Putnam etc. 

His Students have won over 50 Provincial Championships in Ontario, an NCAA individual title, his full swing students have played over 800 events on the PGA Tour without a WD for injury and nobody who has hired him for a full year has lost their PGA Tour Card. 

Innovation in the Game of Golf

Ralph puts his time and energy into those areas he understands moves the needle the most for players. He co-founded Tour Read, invented the Pure Putt, has spent years researching Vision Training as it relates to golf, is an ambassador for Foresight and Swing Catalyst, is Mind Factor Certified and is a lifelong learner.
